Yesterday about 3pm, i was on the computer typing a response on her when i heard thunder an saw lightning, i didnt think anything of it at first, so about 3 minutes went by when the sky turned real black and then power went out, it was like instant darkness, i couldnt see shit, then the winds picked up speed dramatically to 100+mph and then i glanced outside on the lake we live on an saw a tornado spinning around in the lake and sucking the water up and increasing size, i grabbed my dog an started to run for the basement, an then i went to get my phone an ran to the closest hallway as it got closer, then shot up in the sky and landed back down on garage a few houses down an ripped it to peices as it ripped down its path of destruction, taking down tons of trees uprooting them an ripping apart houses an crushing cars.
I went to the front door to see the damage after it left and it was a mess... nieghbors belongings were all over the place, trees on peoples cars includingours, broken windows, sidings, roofs and even fish in the road after it sucked them out of the water...
Honestly, ive never been so fucking scared my life, i didnt know what to do....it was the scariest things of my life, even though it was only about a minute long, it seemed like an eternity...
i just got power back after running off a generator for the past 24 hours
