camshaft retard or advance????

 camshaft retard or advance???? I see alot of guy's run an adjustable cam gear and i was curious exactly what is the best setup with a ranger camed turbocupe? Advance or retard, and wheres the best place to buy one these setups?

Re: camshaft retard or advance???? i keep it at 15* ATDC but you also get detonation which will require higher octane fuel, it increases throttle response and and adds a few ponies

Re: camshaft retard or advance???? O.K. i set the timing @12 seems to run alot better. Now i just need more power! After getting owned by a turd on the way home from kansas city yesterday. Whats next? I got exhaust, ranger cam,cone filter,an upgrade to a t3 turbo and fuel pump.
